Jennifer Hain Teper Presenting at the 2025 Brodsky Series for the Advancement of Library Conservation
Jennifer Hain Teper, Velde Professor and Preservation Librarian at the University of Illinois Libraries, will present at Íø±¬ÃÅ Libraries’ annual Brodsky Series for the Advancement of Library Conservation.
Hain Teper’s hybrid lecture, titled “,” will be held on Wednesday, April 2, from 3 to 4:30 p.m. in Bird Library’s Peter Graham Scholarly Commons (Room 114) and on Zoom. is required for the Zoom webinar and is encouraged for in-person attendees.
A hands-on workshop, titled “,” will occur on Thursday, April 3, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on the 6th floor of Bird Library in the Antje Bultmann Lemke Seminar Room and the Joan Breier Brodsky ’67, G’68 Conservation Lab. The annual is endowed through a generous gift by William J. ’65, G’ 68 and Joan ’67, G’68 Brodsky. Celebrating its 20th year in 2025, the endowment has been used to sponsor programs featuring prominent library conservators that promote and advance knowledge of library conservation theory, practice and application among wide audiences, both on campus and in the region.
